After purchasing a smoker I was really disappointed with the quality of the barbeque sauces that were available at the local stores. I set out to make my own sauce using only the best ingredients. Instead of Corn Syrup (which is used in almost all BBQ sauces today to cut cost) I use molasses, brown sugar and honey. If you’ve never tried my fresh BBQ sauce, you will be amazed at the depth of flavor.
